Over the past 20 years Ive been studying the secrets of high performance. That journey has taken me through countless books, coaching programs, workshops and sars, as well as personal coaching programs. Ive been able to test, apply, learn, and optimize these processes myself to discover what works and what doesnt.

Ive also interviewed tons of prolific producers and spent in the studio with them. Ive had the opportunity to have off-the-record chats at festivals, and observe them in action. Then, through my Accelerate 1-on-1 coaching program, Ive had plentiful experience implementing these power habits with my students and tweaking the results.
