Any Vector graphics like icons, illustrations, logos, etc., are basically images created directly from geometric shapes such as points, lines, curves, and polygons, it means if you can master how to draw various core shapes you will be able to assemble any complex vector image you want.
This class is aimed at beginners and existing users who want to round out their knowledge about vector drawing and shape building, but that doesn't mean it's oversimplified. As part of this course, we will first learn some basic tools of Affinity Designer. Later we will move into drawing more complex vector shapes. I'm a fan of the learning as you go approach, that's why I have prepared a digital workbook for you to follow. After each lesson I will ask you to draw shapes you have learned about in your digital workbook, by the end of this class, your workbook will contain at least 70 different shapes!
Good luck and looking forward to meeting you in the lessons.
