I'm Mauro Toselli (aka @xLontrax ) and I'm an IT Director and Sketchnoter living and working in Italy. In 2012 I was looking for a tool, a technique, a methodology that could be helpful in problem solving activities. I discovered Sketchnotes and I had a blast. Very soon I started to use sketchnote in almost any aspect of my life and with great pleasure and satisfaction but the path to make sketchnote welcome in the workplace was just at the b.
I learned the hard way what it takes to make the use of sketchnote and visuals appropriate for the workplace and, moreover, how to make it acknowledgeable as a "business tool".

Although there will be a few "highly recommended" assignments, there are no direct, practical exercises requested. However, as a sketchnoter, you will certainly find that in all lessons there will be some "focal points" that deserve to be sketchnoted.
