In Drake Eternal, Book Ten in the Unrestrained Series, Drake and Kate are separated as Drake is called to Kenya by Dr. Michael Owiti, old friend and mentor, to help after two top neurosurgeons are killed in devastating floods. Once Kate is finished work on her thesis, they plan to reunite in Kenya and travel around the continent to visit Drake's father's grave and take Liam and Sophie on a wildlife safari, but before they can, old adversaries show up to complicate things and test the strength of Drake and Kate's bond.
